In my works, I cover overall changes we need to make in how we staff, incentivise and integrate this new technology. In my decades career I’ve been ingrained in many sea changes, the internet itself. Then browsers and the code that helps manage it. Information Architecture, the course I developed along with the User Experience track at Northwestern Universities Masters in Information Design and Strategy program. I worked in mobile when that changed the computing landscape, then at cloud/SaaS companies like Salesforce. My passion is to go where the technology is leading us, and in this instance, I am sure that Generative AI surpasses all of these changes, and will be the most significant since the printing press.
